The Lilac Agency was founded in 2015 by Latina entrepreneur Tatiana Bolaños and her incredible team of women with one mission in mind: to uplift and represent diverse voices in the digital space.
What started as Tati’s passion for helping others and empowering the Latinx community has evolved into a 360° digital talent agency representing creators across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, body positivity, LGBTQ+, and more.
As a full-service boutique agency, Lilac helps creators reach their fullest potential through personalized brand management, consulting, and strategic partnerships.
What sets Lilac apart is its mental health–first mindset—placing creators’ wellbeing before transactions and building authentic, lasting relationships.
Proudly woman-led, The Lilac Agency stands for inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment. Under Tatiana’s leadership, Lilac has become more than an agency—it’s a family where creators feel supported, celebrated, and inspired.

La Agencia Lilac fue establecida en 2015 por Latina Boss Tatiana Bolaños y su increíble equipo de mujeres latinas. Lilac es una agencia de talento digital 360 que representa a creadores de belleza, moda, estilo de vida, positividad corporal, LGBTQ+ y más. Es una boutique de servicios completos, una agencia de relaciones públicas y gestión de influencers, con el objetivo de ayudar a los creadores de contenido a maximizar todo su potencial creativo a través de una variedad de servicios que incluyen gestión de marca, consultoría y alcance de marca. El Equipo Lilac también se esfuerza en el empoderamiento de la mujer. Estas mujeres promueven la inclusión, la diversidad y se esfuerzan por cambiar la industria. Creating a diverse agency is something Tati always strived to achieve, and that’s exactly what she set out to do when she founded TLA in 2015. Tati is passionate about helping others and her Latinx community. She treats every client like family — helping them with their careers and celebrating their achievements is the highlight of her job. She’s a strong advocate for a mental health first, business second ideology. Fun facts about Tati: her hobbies are spinning bikes, hiking, and traveling; her favorite food is sushi; and her favorite type of music is reggaetón.

Alaina Vega
Executive Assistant
Alaina works as an assistant to our CEO, helping with organization, scheduling, and more. She’s 22 years old and was born and raised in Arizona. She owns a small lash brand as well as a vending machine. Alaina loves reading and writing, enjoys podcasts, and can't wait to travel the world!
Michelle Paz Marin
Senior Talent Manager
Michelle is the Brand Partnerships Manager at The Lilac Agency. For the past two years, she has strived to build a strong foundation with her creators and bridge the gap between diversity and inclusion with brands. She received her degree from UNLV in Journalism with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing. Michelle loves traveling, entrepreneurship, and all things social!
Adriana Arellano
Senior Talent Manager
Adriana is a Junior Talent Manager at TLA. Her goal is to share a growth & positive mindset with everyone. She loves all things makeup/beauty, going to early morning gym sessions and if there’s enough time, watching sunrises at the beach with her fur baby after work. She is excited for all things coming her way in her professional & personal life!
Mendy
Social Media Marketing Coordinator
Mendy is a Social Media Marketing Coordinator at The Lilac Agency. She graduated from ASU with a bachelor's degree in Digital and Integrated Marketing Communications. She is a mom of two cats and she loves spending her time with her family and friends.
Evelyn Sorto
TALENT Coordinator
Evelyn is a dedicated Talent Coordinator who keeps everything running smoothly at The Lilac Agency. She is loving her new life in Arizona, especially her warm desert weather and scenic hikes. When she’s not exploring the outdoors, she’s in the kitchen perfecting her specialty meals. Her loyal pup, Stitch is always by her side, making every adventure even better.

HR ACCOUNTANT
Ashley is our HR Accountant at The Lilac Agency. She graduated from NAU with her BA in Marketing. Ashley is a mom of two beautiful girls and is passionate about all things fashion. She enjoys being a mom and loves to bake on her spare time.
Kimberly
Talent Coordinator
Kimberly is a Talent Coordinator at The Lilac Agency. She obtained her BA in Sociology at SJSU where she researched race and ethnicity. She is empowered with her deep passion for inclusion in the world of entertainment and how we take space in media. She loved Latino music, concerts, and trying new coffee shops.
